CAREL wins EY’s “L’Imprenditore dell’Anno 2025®”, Italy’s national award recognising leadership, growth and international vision

Francesco Nalini, Chief Executive Officer, and Carlotta Rossi Luciani, Sustainability Executive Director, have been named National Winners of the 28^th edition of EY L’Imprenditore dell’Anno® Award, EY’s Italian Entrepreneur Of The Year® that celebrates entrepreneurs who have contributed to the economic and social development of the country.

The recognition, assigned by an external and independent Jury, was awarded to CAREL “for having transformed a family-run business into a multinational group operating in more than 80 countries, leading sustainable and technologically advanced growth, investing in digitalisation and sustainability, and maintaining solid governance together with a strong connection to its founding values.”
