Claudia Grossi is a Transformation Project Manager. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Padua, focusing her studies on management. Lean thinking has always been a cornerstone of her career, combined with a strong inclination for change. She is currently engaged in company-wide improvement projects and contributes to the exploration of new markets by providing training and coaching across the organisation. She embraces an agile approach and actively supports different teams as a Scrum Master.
