Riccardo Conte is an Energy Engineer with a PhD from the University of Padua. His research focused on the experimental and numerical analysis of heat pumps and compressors operating with natural refrigerants, such as carbon dioxide and propane. In particular, he contributed to the development of an innovative dual-source solar-air heat pump system.
Since 2025, he has been working as a Laboratory Engineer at the CAREL HVAC/R Applications Laboratory, where he is involved in research on heat recovery in air handling units and the use of ejectors in CO₂-based systems.
